Event 2 hour minimum charge of $1600.00 US. Each hour of scheduled track time after the initial two is an additional $600.00. This fee structure applies to tracks located inside the state of Florida. Additional transportation fees will apply to out of state events at a rate of $1.25 per mile driven outside of Florida. (HPDE rate is $1300.00 for a standard two day weekend).
EXAMPLE: Two day RACING event within the sate of Florida, with one hour and fifteen minutes of track time scheduled each day, would total two and one half hours of scheduled track time for the complete event. Total payment due would be $1600.00 for the first two hours, and three hundred dollars for the additional half hour of scheduled track time, for a total of $1900.00, plus tax. NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
DESCRIPTION: N-TECH RACING SERVICES
The Mission of N-Tech Racing LLC is to provide race cars as rentals to licensed racers for road racing on closed circuit tracks, such as Sebring International Raceway in Sebring, Florida, and for HPDE-type events to qualified drivers. N-Tech Racing LLC provides fully and professionally prepared race cars (currently Porsche 924S and 944) and trackside support, as a package, at sanctioned events. Cars will arrive clean and ready to race. N-Tech Racing is responsible for transporting the car to the track and maintaining the vehicle during the event, helping the driver with anything the car may need. N-Tech provides the fuel and tires for the event. For more information about our cars and driver assistance services, please click on “The Cars” and “Data-Instruction Info”.
The client is responsible for entering the event and providing their own personal gear. We will provide any necessary information pertaining to the vehicle upon request (transponder numbers, car numbers, etc) for registration purposes. The client is fully responsible for any and all damage incurred during the event, including flat spotted tires. Fee for a flat spotted tire will be $80.00 for Nitto tires, and PRO-RATED for Hoosiers.
N-Tech Racing LLC also provides high quality foods, snacks and refreshments (water, sports drinks, etc) for breakfast and lunch, setting out luncheon meats, bread, condiments, fresh fruits and other items for clients and one guest to serve themselves throughout the event. We provide other small touches to the drivers to make their day more comfortable and enjoyable as well. If additional guests will be attending, please inform us at least 6 business days in advance of the event, and we will be able to accommodate them for minimal additional expense.
N-Tech Racing LLC permits “ride-in-the-car” driver instruction. The instructor provides on-going comments, evaluation and suggestions to improve driving skills and safety. With respect to instruction, this is a private, case-by-case arrangement. N-tech Racing is not a school in any sense of the word. Rather, N-tech Racing LLC permits drivers renting its cars to receive private, in-car tutoring.
N-Tech Racing, LLC also operates a 50 ft. enclosed race car hauler which is equipped to carry 5 race cars, spares, tools and other supplies. We use this trailer to transport our own vehicles and occasionally client-owned vehicles to provide trackside services such as vehicle maintenance and tire changes. There is a damage deposit of $2,500.00. Damage deposit and the estimated (by event schedule) event rental fee is due in our office no later than 6 business days prior to event date.
